Petaloúda is an online coaching program designed for married women who struggle to maintain their best selves in marriage due to conflict and communication challenges.
The Petaloúda program helps married women:
Live out of their values rather than react out of how they are treated
Shift from unhealthy to healthy conflict behaviors
Define boundaries between herself and her spouse
Find themselves
with practical tools, a safe and supportive community, and weekly group coaching calls. The tools are evidence-based, derived from clinical practice, and rooted in Christian scripture.

Q & A
Q: Why is this program called Petaloúda?
A: Petaloúda means butterfly in the Greek language. Ancient Greeks associated butterflies with the soul. Today, butterflies remain a symbol of transformation and metamorphosis. Petaloúda perfectly suits the transformational experience women will have in this program.
Q: Where do I have to live to participate?
A: Since this is a coaching program (and not therapy), you may participate from anywhere in the world.
